Torre Cosan signifies the bike path. The competition proposal is designed to provide bicycle access to its top floor - a velodrome. With a site on the edge of the Gardner Expressway and Yonge street in Toronto, the building is an iconic statement about accessibility and dynamic possibility in the age of the skyscraper.
